Konstruksi Moderasi Islam (Islam Wasathiyyah) Dalam Kurikulum Pendidikan Islam

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Tujuan penulisan ini adalah membahas keragaman budaya bangsa Indonesia, moderasi beragama dalam keragaman dan peran pendidikan islam dalam mewujudkan kedamaian bangsa Indonesia. Pendidikan Islam merupakan faktor strategis dalam mencetak generasi moderat. Bangsa Indonesia memiliki masyarakat yang beragam budaya dengan sifat kemajemukannya. Untuk melahirkan generasi moderat ini diperlukan pemahaman dan pengembangan pendidikan Islam dengan menggunakan moderasi Islam sebagai paradigma. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan Islam perlu dikembangkan menjadi kajian yang lebih komprehensif untuk dilakukan reformasi pendidikan Islam pada semua komponennya. Pendekatan ini meliputi empat level pendekatan, yaitu pendekatan kontributif, pendekatan aditif, pendekatan transformatif, dan pendekatan aksi sosial. Beberapa prinsip pengembangan kurikulum yang digali dari prinsip moderasi dan pendekatan yang digunakan akan melahirkan konstruksi kurikulum pendidikan Islam berbasis moderasi Islam.

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this writing is to discuss the cultural diversity of the Indonesian nation, religious moderation in diversity and the role of Islamic education in realizing the peace of the Indonesian nation. Islamic education is a strategic factor in creating a moderate generation. The Indonesian nation has a culturally diverse society with its pluralistic nature. To give birth to this moderate generation, it is necessary to understand and develop Islamic education using Islamic moderation as a paradigm. Therefore, Islamic education needs to be developed into a more comprehensive study to reform Islamic education in all its components. This approach includes four levels of approach, namely the contributive approach, the additive approach, the transformative approach, and the social action approach. Some of the principles of curriculum development explored from the principle of moderation and the approach used will give birth to the construction of an Islamic education curriculum based on Islamic moderation.
